Its registered capital is 5 million yuan, 4.4 million of which was provided by the Office for Economic Relations with Foreign Countries of Hubei Provincial Department of Agriculture, 0.6 million by Hubei Agricultural Machinery Co.,It’s an enterprise owned by the whole people and possess independent legal personality. The No. 2736 Document issued by China’s Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Department authorized our company the following rights: engaging in the economic and technical cooperation with foreign countries, undertaking the overseas agricultural program and international bidding, the export of the equipment, material, agricultural machinery, agricultural and sideline products needed in the above mentioned programs, as well as the right of sending labor force needed in these programs to overseas countries.
At present, the total capital of our company is 55 million yuan while the annual sales is 60 million yuan, which demonstrates our economic power. Based on the operation philosophy of equality and mutual benefit, laying emphasis on practical results, diversifying in form and progressing through joint efforts, focusing on one line of business as main operation while engaging in other operations simultaneously, we have hold extensive exchanges with the government sectors, companies, enterprises of other countries and overseas Chinese business people. Our company is equipped with advanced processing factories of bee products. With superior quality, the products are sold to 16 countries and regions including Japan, America, Britain, Germany, Canada, Hong Kong and the countries in south east. The accumulated export quantity of honey exceeds 11000 tons, royal jelly exceeds 410 tons and pure royal jelly frozen dry powder is 102 tons. Besides that, the exports also include capsule powder, propolis and other products, earning foreign exchanges of more than 20 million US dollars.
